In the fictional town of Entufrìttu, electrical power is failing and, consequently, tourist presence dries up. Businesses close and people start to leave the town for good. The only one who can take advantage of the situation is the unperturbed mayor who, using the emergency as an excuse, reinstated operations at the old mine. Mena, the young owner of a Bed&Breakfast, opposes the solution and one night, with the aid of a few of the town’s elderly ladies, she prays to the spirit of Montareste, to be invoked in the most desperate situations. The next morning, Mena’s doorbell rings three times…
